Content Management System

Customers are able to edit Web site content with a user-friendly interface similar to Microsoft Word. The editing interface (CMS) is a Web-based editor which runs on Windows, Mac or Linux browsers. CMS allows the customer to format text, insert images and create hyperlinks without having to code in HTML. Central CMS reduces the amount of time required to bring content online so it’s easy to keep your Web site content up-to-date.

Built on the latest technology and designed to be efficient and user friendly, the Central Commerce module provides a platform for building a custom ecommerce system. In addition to all the basic functionality that most ecommerce systems provide, the Central Commerce module provides instant error reporting, quote generation and custom product configuration. Through integration with the user management and metrics modules, customer movement and document downloads can also be tracked.

Metrics

Customers visiting your Web site provide valuable information, but without the right tracking system you’ll never know what they are acting upon and how your products are perceived. The Imulus metrics module provides real-time analysis of Web-log data, user activity, and page tracking without having to purchase additional third-party tools. Metrics displays traffic and user data online and then sends it in real-time to a desktop application for Windows or Mac, giving your company an instant window into the success of your site.

Email Newsletter

Email newsletters are an integral component of a successful marketing effort because they show you what customers want in ways direct mail can’t. The Newletter module is designed as a highly focused newsletter mailer limited to 1000 messages per broadcast. The system tracks open rates, click-through rates, and page clicks on an Imulus Central integrated site. Utilizing defined filters such as “highlight all users who clicked on two or more pages” allows you to segment your list for future broadcasts and target the most interested prospects.

Brand Management

In order for your brand to tell the right story, employees need to be on the same page. The Central Brand module enables you to easily manage sales and marketing materials—from brochures and folders to corporate identity and datasheets. The system safeguards brand integrity by providing a password protected area for employees and external sales representatives to download the latest corporate materials. This ensures materials are of optimum quality with a consistent corporate message.

Press releases are time sensitive and require immediate distribution in order to make an impact. Traditional methods of updating Web site news are often cumbersome and time consuming. Using the Central News module, customers have the ability to post press releases by simply copying and pasting text or uploading PDFs into the RSS News module.

(Real-Simple Syndication) services are cropping up everywhere because of their effectiveness. Various online publications have reported page readership increases of 354% as a result of RSS services. The Central News module allows online users to subscribe to Web site news and information to stay in touch. Customers are usually updated within 30 minutes of a news posting.
